π° News: Microsoft Launches Bing Chat For Enterprises
The latest development in Microsoft's AI-powered chatbot experience is the launch of 'Bing Chat Enterprise', a customized business-oriented version of Bing Chat intended for corporate users, featuring enhanced data privacy and governance controls.

Unveiled during its annual Inspire conference, Bing Chat Enterprise features new updates like no data retention, no Microsoft access to customer data, and the exclusion of business data in AI model training.
Following the FTC's investigation into OpenAI's data practices, Microsoft's chief communication officer, Frank X. Shaw, stated in a blog post that many corporate customers have expressed eagerness to leverage cutting-edge AI tools but have voiced concerns about the security and confidentiality of their company's data.
Reaffirming the company's commitment to data privacy and protection, he reiterated, β [Using Bing Chat Enterprise,] what goes in β and comes out β remains protected, giving commercial customers managed access to better answers, greater efficiency and new ways to be creative.β
Alongside the heightened data control measures introduced in Bing Chat Enterprise, this updated version retains similar functionality to the regular Bing Chat. Similar to ChatGPT, users can utilize Bing Chat Enterprise to obtain responses to queries in text format and leverage visual representations like graphs, charts, and images. Furthermore, it empowers users to develop messaging for new products, conduct product comparisons against competitors, and incorporate prompt-specific data such as product specifications and pricing.
Soon, Bing Chat Enterprise will incorporate Visual Search, a new feature that will allow it to provide responses to queries about uploaded images and conduct web searches for relevant content.
